LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 link Italian sausage
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese
1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles

Brown hamburger and sausage; drain fat. Add parsley, basil, salt or garlic salt, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer at least 1 hour.

Combine Ricotta, parsley, salt, and pepper, and eggs. Grate Mozzarella and Provolone and add. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Layer in that order until all ingredients are used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less if sauce and noodles were still hot when put in pan. Enjoy!
