1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 beaten egg yolk
1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt and milk. Boil until thick. Add egg yolks and boil again for 1 minute. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
