CREAM CHEESE FROSTING FOR CARROT CAKE | |
1 box powdered sugar 1 stick butter 2 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. pecans Set out cream cheese and butter 1 hour before using. Mix cream cheese and butter together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Frost cool cake. |
