DUTCH OVEN SHORT RIBS 
4-5 lbs. ribs
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Salt and pepper ribs; brown in 2 tablespoons hot fat. Add all other ingredients. Simmer until done. Skim off excess fat. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
