TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Quick Crescent dinner rolls
12 oz. sour cream
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2-2 c. crushed Tostitos or other brand chips
1/2 c. black olives, chopped

In large skillet, brown beef; drain. (Can add onion to ground beef, if desired.) Stir in seasoning, water and olives; simmer 5 minutes. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place them with the point in the middle of a 9 or 10 inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust. Sprinkle 1 cup taco chips over bottom. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown. Serve with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Serves 6-8.
