TACO DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
Taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 celery stalks, diced
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky picante sauce
Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese

Spread 15 ounce can of refried beans on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Brown 1 pound ground beef; add taco seasoning. Put ground beef mixture on top of beans. Chop 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 tomato, 2 celery stalks. Sprinkle on top. Pour on 12 ounce jar of medium chunky picante sauce. Top with Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with taco chips.
