ZUCCHINI - PINEAPPLE BREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. drained pineapple (8 oz.)
1 c. nut meats
1 c. raisins

Just mix all together. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. I make small aluminum. I make 5 small ones from this recipe, 5 x 2 1/2 inch pans.
