ICE CREAM FREEZER DESSERT 
Crush 1 box vanilla wafers and save 1/2 cup for topping. Mix crushed wafers with 1/2 cup melted butter and press into 9x13 inch greased pan. Can add chopped walnuts on top of crust.

In double boiler, melt 1/2 cup butter and 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate. When melted, add 2 cups powdered sugar and stir. Add 3 beaten egg yolks and cook 5 minutes. Cool. Beat 3 egg whites and add to above. Spread over crumb crust.

Slice 1/2 gallon of mint chocolate chips ice cream and top with crumbs. Freezes good.
