BRUNCHEON 
1 croissant
2/3 cup grated cheese
2 slices of ham
1/4 sweet corn (optional)
1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C or gas mark 6).

1. Cut through the top of the croissant.

2. Spread the butter around.

3. Cut or tear the ham and place it in the croissant 'sandwich'.

4. Place on the cheese.

5. Sweet corn can be placed on top before or after putting the 'sandwich' into the oven.

6. Place in the oven at 350°F (180°C or gas mark 4).

7. This is now ready to serve.

8. Salads and some sauces go very well with this dish.
