CHUCK ROAST IN FOIL 
1 (4 lb.) chuck roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 lg. can mushrooms

Cut 2 pieces of foil, large enough to wrap the meat in. Sprinkle half the soup mix and mushrooms on foil; place roast on foil and sprinkle rest of soup mix and mushrooms on top of meat. Wrap very securely. Place in oven in flat roaster and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Serve with gravy over mashed potatoes or hot rice.
