SPRING SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
Red onion, sliced thin
1/4 c. chopped celery
Poppy Seed Dressing

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 to 2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Prepare dressing; shake well. Add dressing to salad just before serving.

Beat to tear Romaine and put in a plastic bag and refrigerate for awhile to crisp.
