SACRAMENTO RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken or fried rice, works best)
2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts, chopped into chunks
1/2 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. curry
1/3 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. can shrimp or chicken

Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on package. Let cool. Drain artichoke hearts, save the marinade and mix it with the mayonnaise. Add mayonnaise to the cooled Rice-A-Roni along with artichoke hearts, green onions, olives, green peppers and shrimp. Chill.
