CREME DE MENTHE BARS 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

MIDDLE LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 to 3 c. confectioners' sugar
Mint to taste
Green food coloring

TOP LAYER:

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate bits

Heat cocoa and butter while stirring; remove from heat and add 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, beaten egg, vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Mix and spread into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan.

Cream butter and sugar adding mint to taste and coloring to pale green. Spread over first layer and chill. Combine butter and chocolate bits over low heat until melted. Chill 2 hours after spreading on second layer.
