1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing 2 tomatoes, sliced 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. rye bread crumbs Layer kraut, corned beef and cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine dressings and spread over and top with tomato slices. Combine butter and crumbs in small bowl and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Microwave at 70% for 12-14 minutes. |
