2 qt. chopped peaches
1 1/2 c. chopped oranges
1/2 c. orange rind, chopped fine
5 lb. sugar
1/2 bottle Certo
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients, except Certo. Cook 20 minutes, then add 1/2 bottle Certo and boil 1 minute. Put in jelly jars and seal.
