CHICKEN ARTICHOKE MOUSSE 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. marjoram
1 med. chicken breast, cooked & chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2 green onions, chopped

In small saucepan combine gelatin and water; let stand 5 minutes. Heat to dissolve the gelatin, stirring frequently, cool slightly. Cream the cream cheese; beat in sour cream and mayonnaise. Gradually beat in the dissolved gelatin, then the lemon juice, marjoram, salt and pepper. Fold in chicken, artichokes, eggs, onions and carrots. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serve on crisp greens.
