6 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
15 diet sweeteners (like Sweet 'n Low)
24 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend ingredients at room temperature. Blend all ingredients except cottage cheese and nutmeg. Gradually add cottage cheese and pour in glass pan and top with nutmeg. Bake 45 minutes.
