LO-CAL LEMON CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. corn flakes
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. artificial sweetener
Dash of salt

FILLING:

12 oz. creamed cottage cheese
2 eggs
6 pkgs. Sweet 'n Low or Equal
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all crust ingredients together and spread on the bottom and up the sides of an 8-inch pie plate.

Pour all filling ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes or until filling puffs and seems dry on top. Cool for 15 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
