TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
3 c. cooked turkey, cut in big cubes
2 tbsp. green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and cook green pepper for a short time, not until brown. Add flour, pepper, salt and cook until pasty. Add chicken broth, milk, lemon juice, cheese and mushrooms. Cook until sauce thickens into a medium sauce. Add rest of ingredients. Put in a 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

NOTE: Can be made ahead of time and frozen. Bake frozen but adjust time accordingly. Also good with ham or chicken!
