SKILLET MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 slices of bread, bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 small can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. flour

Mix meat, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper, pour milk over mixture, and stir together until well mixed. Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet (large), mold meat mixture into two or three large patties, brown on both sides, drain all oil except about 1 tablespoon lower heat to simmer, pour mixture of tomato sauce, water and flour over meat, cook on stove top over low heat, covered, for approximately 45 minutes. May need to add extra water if gravy too thick.
