RUSSIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper to taste

Trim fat from chops. Heat oil in heavy skillet, add chops and brown on both sides. Remove and set aside while making sauce. Brown flour in skillet, add balance of ingredients, mix well and place chops back in skillet. Cover and cook until tender, about 50 minutes. Turn after 25 minutes.
