STUFFED ACORN SQUASH 
1 acorn squash
4 sausage patties
8 stewed prunes
2 tsp. butter
Pinch of salt, pepper, sugar, sage

Halve squash. Place cut side down on foil lined pan and bake in 350 degree oven until tender. Crumble sausage patties and brown in skillet. Cut up prunes and mix with cooked sausage. Remove seeds from baked squash and season with salt, pepper, butter, sugar and sage. Fill with sausage-prune mixture and bake about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
