FROSTY PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 9" graham cracker crust 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened Whipped cream & walnut halves Combine pumpkin. Brown sugar, salt and spices with rotary beater. Stir in ice cream. Pour into pie shell. Freeze until firm. Serve frozen. Garnish with whipped cream and walnut halves. Serves 8. |
