WALNUT FROSTIES 
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dairy sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, cream brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy; blend in vanilla and egg. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Gradually add flour, soda and salt to creamed mixture; mix well.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With thumb, make imprint in center of each cookie.

Combine topping ingredients; fill each cookie with 1 teaspoon topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes.
