STUFFED SHELLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, finely chopped
Salt
Ground black pepper
Garlic powder
1 (32 oz.) jar or can spaghetti sauce
25 jumbo shells
3-4 qts. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cooking oil
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

1. Brown meat with onion. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Drain off fat.

2. Mix in half of the spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Bring 3 to 4 quarts salted water to a boil. Add cooking oil. Place shells in boiling water, cook about 12 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse with cold water.

4. Using a teaspoon, fill shells with meat mixture.

5. Cover bottom of 9"x13" baking dish with spaghetti sauce. Arrange filled shells side by side in a single layer. Spoon remaining sauce over shells.

6. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

7. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over shell and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
