STREUSEL CHEESE CAKE 
3 c. cake flour (soft as silk)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla and then milk. Mix well. spread 1/2 batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Carefully put filling on top then put remaining batter on top of filling. Swirl slightly.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
Touch of cinnamon

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
