HELEN'S CHEESE CAKE 
6 oz. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 can Pet milk, chilled, whipped

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

2 c. graham crackers
6 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. butter

1. Mix and cool Jello and water.

2. Cream the cream cheese and sugar.

3. Whip Pet milk.

4. Combine all ingredients and pour into crust.

CRUST: Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press in cake pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees, cool then add mixture.
