1 bag Oreos
8 oz. Philly cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Blend all ingredients except Oreos. Crunch Oreos into bite-size pieces and add to mixture. Stir. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
