CAULIFLOWER SUPREME 
1 lg. head cauliflower
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick Kraft cheddar cheese
1/8 c. parsley flakes
Buttered croutons

Cook cauliflower 7-8 minutes; drain. Add salt and pepper. Saute onion in butter. Mix onion with remaining ingredients. Then in large greased casserole place 2 layers of cauliflower, sauce, and 1/2 cup buttered croutons in that order.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
