SEAFOOD SEASONING RUB 
1 1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves (you have to grind them yourself)
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground celery seeds
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients. Store in an air tight container. Rub on seafood or chicken before grilling. You can triple the recipe so it can be used at anytime.

Yield: 1/4 cup.
