TARTAR SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/3 c. finely chopped med. sour pickle
1 tbsp. minced sweet onion
1/2 lemon, juice & chopped pulp (without peel)
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. dill pickle juice

Stir parsley, onion and dill pickle into mayonnaise. Stir in lemon, vinegar and pickle juice. Refrigerate to store.
