FISH FILLETS WITH PUFFED TARTAR SAUCE | |
1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. salt Salt & pepper 2 tbsp. chopped dill pickle 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice 2 egg whites, beaten stiff Thaw fish if frozen. Arrange fillets in shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes to an inch. Combine mayonnaise, pickle, parsley, lemon juice and salt. Fold mixture into beaten egg white. Spread mixture over fish fillets. Return to oven and bake about 7 minutes longer or until puffy and brown. |
