SKILLET HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
1 can Veg-All
8 servings prepared instant potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese, Cheddar or Colby

Brown hamburger with onion, season with salt and pepper while hamburger is browning. Prepare 8 servings of instant potatoes and then add sour cream to potatoes. Make a gravy out of hamburger and gravy. Mix (prepare as directed on gravy packet). Add can of Veg-All to gravy and mix together. Drop potatoes in the size of large dumplings on top of gravy mixture. Top with shredded cheese on each and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes covered.
