SOFT MOLASSES COOKIES 
2 c. molasses
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. strong coffee
2 c. lard
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
8 c. all purpose flour

Mix well together and beat till creamy molasses, lard, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Dissolve soda in coffee, add to creamed mixture. Mix in the flour. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Roll 1/4 inch thick on floured board. Sprinkle with white sugar. Makes 8 dozen 3 inch cookies.

Nice recipe. Really good tasting. 5 stars for taste, 1 star for completeness of recipe. Too bad it doesn't tell what temp to bake at and how long. I've made these but had to guess. Have tried 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
