1 egg white 2 1/4 tsp. Carnation nonfat dry milk 2 tsp. oil Combine ingredients. Whisk with wire whip. Yield is the equivalent of one egg. "To reduce our cholesterol intake, I use this substitute when baking breads, cookies, and cakes that call for eggs. It doesn't work very well in pies." |
