VIENNA CHEESE SOUP 
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
8 c. water
6 tsp. chicken base
2 c. grated carrots
2 oz. chopped pimento
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. celery

Saute celery and onion in butter until soft. Add water and chicken base; bring to a boil. Add carrots and pimento. Return and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and cream. Keep warm over hot water. Serves 6-8.

NOTE: Chicken bouillon may be substituted for chicken base.
