BAKED CORN WITH CHIVE SAUCE | |
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream cheese with chives In a 1-quart casserole combine whole kernel corn, cream cheese with chives, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper. Cover and bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes. Serve baked corn in sauce dishes. Makes 6 servings. |
