1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 (8 oz.) bag Dorito chips
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sliced olives
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine meat and onion in large skillet, cook over medium heat until done. Drain excess grease. Add tomato sauce and taco mix to meat mixture, stirring well. Place crushed chips in bottom of 9x13x2 inch pan. Top with meat mixture. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
