DUTCH SNY BONEN SOUP 
1 lb. smoked Polish Kielbasa
2 (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
4 c. cubed potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 (10 oz.) frozen french cut green beans
1 c. chopped onion
1 qt. water or more

Cut Kielbasa into small pieces. Add rest of ingredients and let it come to a boil in a large kettle. Lower heat and simmer 2 to 3 hours. After the first hour taste the soup to adjust the seasoning. This soup is just as good reheated the next day. Recipe may be doubled.
