ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. mini chocolate chips
2 c. grated zucchini

Cream together butter, oil, eggs, vanilla and sugars. Add buttermilk and zucchini. Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon and add to the above mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle on top the chocolate chips. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves at least 12.
