WHOLE WHEAT COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. apple juice concentrate
1 pkg. Butter Buds
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 c. walnut pieces
1 c. golden raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Butter Buds and apple juice concentrate until smooth. Beat in orange juice and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; add to the creamed mixture alternately with the beaten egg whites. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a rack and cool. Makes 2 dozen 2 inch cookies.
