SNOWBALL COOKIES 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. finely chopped nuts (I only use 1 c.)
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except powdered sugar. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about 4 minutes. Shape into 1" balls, 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 18 to 25 minutes or "lightly" browned. Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again when cool. Makes about 36 cookies.
