SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
3 1/2 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cheese flavored cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1 tbsp. melted butter

Layer half of tomatoes, onion, cracker crumbs, sugar and salt in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream, then top with croutons and melted butter. Bake additional 10 minutes.
