HOMINY CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 cans hominy drained 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 lg. onion, chopped In saucepan heat: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 can water 2 tbsp. chili powder Salt and pepper to taste Brown meat, add onion and pepper and saute a few minutes, stir in hominy and soup mixture. In large casserole bake covered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle grated cheese on top and continue cooking until cheese melts. |
