SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 pkgs. plain gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 angel food cake
1 lg. box Dream Whip
2 pkgs. frozen coconut
Pecans

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Place 1 cup boiling water, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple in dissolved gelatin and let chill until just begins to set, then whip in the Dream Whip. Break half of the cake in small pieces and stir in half of the gelatin mixture. Repeat this again for 2nd layer. Put in large glass bowl. Top with coconut and pecans.
