2 c. cornmeal
2 c. pancake mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients together first. Then add eggs and milk. If more liquid is needed, then add water until you have a thick smooth consistency. Drop by the spoonful into hot cooking oil. Fry until brown.
