2 sticks butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 lg. Hershey's milk chocolate bar (3/4 lb.)

Melt butter. Add peanut butter and blend. Add the sugar and blend. Press mixture into 9x13 inch pan and set aside.

Melt chocolate bar in a bowl over hot water and then spread it over the mixture. Allow the chocolate to set until it begins to get firm. Cut the candy into bite-size pieces and then refrigerate.
