SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed potatoes (1 lg. can)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. pure brandy flavoring (omit and double vanilla)
2 eggs

Mix above ingredients and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with following topping, mixed thoroughly.

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
