GERMAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter on High 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add granulated sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and 1/2 cup chopped pecans; mix well. Spread onto greased 8" square baking pan. Mix coconut and remaining pecans and brown sugar in same bowl; stir in milk. Spoon over batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not over bake. Cool, cut into bars. 16 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
