SPAGHETTI SAUCE (CROCK POT) 
1 lb. ground Italian sausage or you can use links
28 oz. tomatoes, put in blender
30 oz. tomato sauce
12 oz. tomato paste
1/4 of 2 oz. bottle basil
1/4 tsp. oregano or more to taste
1/4 c. parsley or more to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 bell pepper, quartered & seeds removed
Parmesan cheese to taste (1/4 c.)

Brown the sausage and drain. Put tomatoes, sauce, paste, seasonings, pepper, cheese in crock pot. Mix well. Add 1 cup water. Add sausage. If sauce gets too thick add more water. Cook all day on low.
